Thai Steamed Fish with Garlic & Lime
3 steps
Prep:15minCook:10min
Thai Steamed Fish is one of the easiest Thai dishes which you can easily cook at home. Some of you might be worried that your fish will turn out fishy.
A tip to reduce fishy taste is to ensure that you remove as much blood as you can from the fish during cleaning. Once you have done this, your fish should be fine. Of course, the fish you use must also be fresh. A tip to determine freshness is to see its eyes. The eyes of the fish must be clear and bright, not cloudy.
