Instructions
Step 1
Add the oats, milk, coconut and water to a pot and bring to a boil over stove.
Step 2
Once boiling, reduce the heat, cover and simmer for around 10 minutes, or until the grains are soft.
Step 3
In a small bowl, combine the tahini, carob powder (if using), salt and maple syrup.
Step 4
Stir until it forms a smooth consistency.
Step 5
When the oats are cooked, spoon them into a serving bowl and top with the caramel sauce.
Step 6
Top with sliced banana, cinnamon and chopped pistachios.
