Instructions

Step 1
Boil water and cook spaghetti according to package instructions
Step 2
Heat frying pan and cook onions for 5 minutes until soft
Step 3
Add passata and simmer with salt and pepper for 10 minutes
Step 4
Squeeze as much water as possible out of the zucchini and transfer to a large bowl, add ricotta, flour, parmesan, egg and basil. Season and mix.
Step 5
Drop spoonfuls of mixture in sauce, cover and let simmer until cooked.
