Instructions
Step 1
Slice chicken into one inch strips. Season with garlic pepper. Heat oil in pan. Add chicken and diced onion when hot. Cook until chicken is cooked through. Add salsa and bring to hard simmer. Reduce heat and let simmer, uncovered, for about 15 minutes. Add cheese over top, cover pan, and let simmer two or three more minutes until cheese melts. Serve over brown rice, lentils or spaghetti squash.
