3 lbschicken thighs boneless skinless
1 TbsBrown Sugar

Fresh thyme

black pepper

¼ teaspoonallspice
1onion
chopped
parsley

1green pepper
chopped
1red pepper
chopped
1scotch bonnet

4garlic cloves
chopped or minced
1 inchginger
chopped or minced
¼ cupoil
2 tablespoonsketchup
1 cupchicken broth
½ cupwater
2Tomato

Instructions
Step 1
Add chicken, brown sugar, browning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, paprika, dried thyme, black pepper, allspice.
Step 2
Heat Oil in Pan and Sauté onions, green pepper, red pepper, scotch bonnet, garlic cloves, and ginger. Until softened, for about 5 min.
Step 3
Add chicken to skillet and cook for about 2 min
Step 4
Add chicken broth, water, and ketchup to skillet
Step 5
Bring mixture to a simmer and cover and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove cover and simmer for an additional 10 minutes, to reduce the gravy.
Step 6
Strain the gravy in a separate sauce pan and turn heat to medium.
Step 7
Add 1 Tbsp cornstarch and whisk. Turn heat to low, Simmer for 5-10 min
Step 8
Use Strainer to pour gravy over the meat
Step 9
Serve with rice and enjoy!
