Dressing
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the soba noodles according to the packet instruction. Rinse under cold water
Step 2
Whisk or blend all the dressing ingredients.
Step 3
Combine the cabbage with lime juice.

To a large salad bowl, combine the noodles, cabbage, edamame, spring onions, cucumber, coriander, mint, mango, and dressing. Adjust salt to taste and enjoy!
