Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 150 C
Place all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix together with your hands until all the ingredients are moist. Crush the spelt flakes as you do this. Place a silicon or paper baking parchment on a large baking tray and pour the ingredients evenly on to the tray. Cook for 15 minutes and stir ingredients to turn them over. Cook for another 15 minutes. Leave to cool and then place in a storage jar.
