Instructions
Step 1
In med. bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, & salt; set aside.
Step 2
In sm. bowl, whisk together milk, egg, oil, & vanilla. Pour wet ingredients into the dry & use spoon, stir until just combined.
Step 3
Heat lg. skillet over med.; grease by running stick of butter over surface (or spraying with cooking spray.) Use a 1/4 cup measuring cup to drop batter onto cooking surface.
Step 4
Cook until bubbles form on top of pancakes & bottoms are golden. Flip & continue to cook until cooked through.
Step 5
Top with butter and syrup; enjoy!
