Instructions

Step 1
Cook the sausage and drain and let cool

Cook the pasta shells according to the package
Step 3
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Step 4
Spread sauce in the bottom of a 13 x 9 in baking dish

In a bowl, mix together, sausage, ricotta cheese,3/4 cup mozzarella,egg, garlic, italian seasoning, salt and pepper
Step 6
Fill each shell with filling and arrange in the sauce
Step 7
Sprinkle each shell with the 1/2 cup of mozzarella
Step 8
Bake for 25 minutes
Step 9
Let sit out for 10 minutes before serving
