Instructions

Step 1
Start earlier by pressing the peeled garlic into the mayonnaise, put into the refrigerator and let merry for about an hour. Cook your bacon and set aside. Salt and pepper the chicken brests and grill until done.
Step 2
An optional ingredient would be sliced pickled jalepenos. Spread mashed avocado on 1 piece of bread and the mayo made earlier on the other (don't be afraid to put it a little thick). Place a slice of cheese on one slice of bread. Cut your chicken breast on the bias and place on cheese. place bacon and top with a second slice of cheese. Place other bread. Mash down a little.
Step 3
I used the garlic mayo, but you can use butter and lightly wipe on outside of bread. Place in panini press and hold done if you have a light top machine. When golden brown and crisp remove and enjoy.
