Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the turnip by using a vegetable peeler to peel off the brown outside. Then dice the turnip into small, 1/4 inch cubes.
Step 2
Peel and dice the mango and avocado and gently toss with the turnip in a large bowl.
Step 3
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey (or maple), lime juice and chili powder.
Step 4
Pour the honey mixture over the turnip, mango and avocado and toss well.
Step 5
Let the salad rest, or marinate, for at least 30-minutes before serving.
Step 6
Stir well & enjoy!
