Ingredients

Shrimps/prawn:
For the sauce:
180mlchicken broth
4 Tbspsoy sauce
4 Tbspmirin
2 tspcurry powder
2 Tbspfish sauce
1 Tbspoyster sauce
½ Tbspsesame oil
1 tspbrown sugar
1 tspblack pepper
For the stir Fry:
Instructions
Step 1
Wash and pat dry the shrimps. Mix the remaining ingredientes and marinate the shrimp for 30min.
Step 2
In a Wok, scramble the eggs in a bit of oil and reserve the egg and clean the wok.
Step 3
In the same Wok, stir fry the Shrimp in the marinate together for 3 to 5 min
Step 4
Mix all the sauce ingredients and reserve
Step 5
Cut the carrots and bamboo in julienne, the sweet pepper in stripes. Place the vermicelli in boiling water with oil for 3 min, rinse it with cold water and drain.
Step 6
In the same Wok, warm up olive oil and sauté the ginger , garlic and scallops in low heat for a couple of minutes
Step 7
Add the carrots and frozen peas, stir fry for 2 minutes
Step 8
Pour in the sauce and bring it to boil, add the vermicelli and cook and cook for 2 min.
Step 9
Add the sweet pepper, bamboo and bean sprouts cook for 3 min
Step 10
Turn the heat to low, add the shrimp and eggs, combine. Season with salt and pepper and add more water if more sauce is needed. Cook for another 3 min.
Step 11
Turn off the heat, add the spring onion and combine. Serve.
