Very lazy chilli garlic noodles

Instructions

Step 1
🍜Cook the noodles according to the packet . Strain and rinse under cold water to prevent sticking. Set aside. 
Step 2
🧄Heat the oil over a medium high heat and add the Very Lazy chopped garlic and chopped chilli. Add the white part of the spring onion. Fry for 1 minute until fragrant. 
Step 3
🌶Add the greens to the pan, followed by the light soy, oyster sauce, water and sugar. Stir to combine and reduce the heat. Let the pan bubble away until the greens are just cooked and the sauce thickened, 4-5 minutes. 
Step 4
🍜Add the cooked noodles and toss through the sauce and greens. Add the green part of the spring onion. 
Step 5
🍳Optional step remove the noodles from the pan, leaving behind some chilli and garlic gubbins. Add a touch more oil if needed. Fry 4 eggs in the garlic and chilli (I did 2 at a time). 
Step 6
Serve the noodles and devour immediately!
