Instructions
Step 1
1. Combine spaghetti sauce, tomatoes, zucchini, carrot, & Italian seasoning. Spread 3/4 c of the mixture into a greased 13x9 baking dish.
Step 2
2. Combine the tofu & cheeses then stuff into shells. Place into the 13x9 on top of the sauce mix and top with remaining sauce.
Step 3
3. Cover & bake at 375 for 50-55 minutes or until noodles are tender. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
