Instructions

Step 1
Seed and Slice bell peppers, roughly chop onion
Step 2
Slice skirt steak against the grain in small strips. Season with taco seasoning, slap ya mama, and garlic salt
Step 3
Stir fry it in a little canola oil until almost completely browned
Step 4
Remove from pan, toss in veggies. Sauté until softened Al dente. Add back in meat stir around let the seasoning shed off a little onto veggies.
Step 5
Serve with white rice
