Instructions
Step 1
In a blender add all ingredients and blend till smooth
Step 2
Next in a frying pan add a little oil and pour in the mixture and fry for about 35-40 seconds, flip and fry for 10 seconds. Continue until you’ve finished the pancake mix and set aside (remember pancake must be fried on low heat)

In a mixing bowl pour double cream, add banana essence and sugar to your taste then mix using a hand mixer until fluffy with a slight peak ( not Stiff)
Step 4
Next add in chopped mongo and mix well
Step 5
get a crepe, scoop a good amount then fold and dust with icing sugar.
