4 steps
Prep:1h 30minCook:1h
This is a meal that’s very way for me to make and I can work t it while I do other stuff.
If you have time and want to do it in the oven or crock pot go right ahead. It will all soak the flavors even more the longer it takes to cook.

Instructions
Step 1
In a small bowl mix all the spice in lemon juice ne set aside. Wash the pork and take off excess fat and set aside.
Step 2
Chop all vegetables and fresh herbs and set aside. Peel the garlic. You can leave it while gloves or you can minced it it’s up to you. Chop the vegetables to your desired bight sizes or bigger.
Step 3
Sautéed the fresh garlic and fresh herds with some olive oil in a pan or pot of your choice. I used my Dutch oven. Sautéed for 3 min.
Step 4
Rub the mixed spice marinade on the pork really well. I made cuts into the meat so that the marinade for sure got in it. Once completely coated with marinade place the whole peace of meat on the fresh herbs. Let simmer on each side on very low heat for about 10 min. When nicely colored turn heat up and add the wine let simmer for 2 min then place all the veggies on top of the meat and cover. Turn heat on low and let simmer for about 45 mins. Turn and stir in between cooking time.
