An easy, wholesome, comforting food dish which is easy on the pocket but packed full of taste the whole family will love . It’s vegetarian but if you wanted to add some grilled fish or chicken that would be amazing too

Instructions
Step 1
Cook a full mug of Orzo in salted boiling water for 10-15 mins max or until it has a slight bite, drain
Step 2
Chop up into cubes tomatoes, carrots, onions , peppers, garlic and roast until soft but be careful not to overcook. Can be cooked in an air fryer or the oven or stirfried. Stir half way through
Step 3
To your drained orzo add a tin of chopped tomatoes, half a carton of passata, a tin of baked beans, your stock cubes , Italian seasoning, parsley and onion powder and stir and heat , add half a cup of water (more if needed) Cool on a job until gently simmering
Step 4
Once the vegetables are cooked simply add in and stir. Add in some grated Parmesan or other hard Italian cheese and serve with some crusty bread
