Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chicken into pieces and cook through till completely ready (in the air fryer for 12 mins at 180)
Step 2
At the same time cook the pasta as instructed
Step 3
Cut the pepper into pieces and add to a pan with a dash of hot oil. Cook until beginning to soften and then add the fajita mix.
Step 4
Add a heaped tablespoon of tomato paste and a heaped tablespoon of light cream cheese. Mix with a wooden spoon and quickly add some pasta water and mix until desired consistency.
Step 5
Drain the pasta and add it to the sauce along with the cooked chicken and stir thoroughly to coat it all.
Step 6
Add grated cheese on top
