Ingredients
4 servings

1spring onion
finely chopped

1 cupbroccoli
roughly chopped

1red pepper
roughly chopped

10 oznoodles

1 tspsesame seeds
For The Tofu

1 Tbspdark brown sugar

1garlic clove
minced

½ Tbspcurry powder

1 Tbspextra virgin olive oil

1 cupfirm tofu
For The Noodle Sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your Samsung Dual Cook oven to 390F on the top shelf and 320F on the bottom shelf.

Step 2

2. Remove your tofu from its packaging and leave to drain for 5 minutes. Slice into cubes.


Step 3
3. Create your tofu coating by combining 1 tbsp dark sugar, 1 minced garlic clove, 1/2 tbsp curry powder, 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil in a small bowl.






Step 4

4. Add the cubes of tofu and the sauce to a bowl and gently toss until the tofu is well coated.

Step 5

5. Place the coated tofu and sliced broccoli florets into two separate trays. Place the tofu on the top shelf of the Dual Cook oven at 390F and place the broccoli tray on the bottom shelf of the Dual Oven at 320F. Roast for 20 minutes.


Step 6

6. Meanwhile, make your noodle sauce by combining the rest of your minced garlic, dark brown sugar, extra virgin olive oil, peanut butter, curry powder, light soy sauce, chilli, ginger, and 3 tbsp of boiling water.










Step 7

7. Boil your noodles to package instructions.




Step 8

Place a frying pan on your cooktop with a small glug of oil, and fry your chopped red pepper for 5 minutes.



Step 9

8. Remove your tofu and broccoli from the oven and add into your red pepper frying pan. Pour in your drained noodles, and noodle sauce. Stir to combine thoroughly.

Step 10

Serve up with a sprinkling of spring onion and sesame seeds, enjoy!
