Stir Fry Sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Pour the oil into a wok over a medium to high heat.
Step 2
Add the crushed garlic and chilli and saute for a minute.
Step 3
Add the mince and stir fry until brown.
Step 4
Add the stir fry sauce, light soy sauce, sugar and pepper followed by the fine beans, sugarsnap peas, basil and sliced red chilli and cook for a further 2 minutes,
Step 5
Divide between two serving bowls or plates and serve with coconut rice.
