Quick Lemon Garlic Tofu

This quick & easy recipe is one of my favorite ways to eat tofu recently. Just another example that tofu is not boring! 🍋

Instructions

Step 1
With a kitchen towel roughly dry the tofu. You can also properly press it if you have the time, but it’s not necessary.
Step 2
In a pan fry the tofu for 6-9 minutes until crispy from all sides.
Step 3
In the meantime whisk together the ingredients for the marinade.
Step 4
When the tofu is almost done, reduce the heat, add the garlic and cook for another 2 minutes. Finally add the marinade to the pan and cook until thickend.
