Ingredients

Salad
2 cupsQuinoa
Roasted
2cans of chickpeas
roasted
1can sweet corn
1 packagecherry tomatoes
sliced
1cucumber
diced
1can of black olives
1red onion
diced
1 bunchparsley
Dressing
Instructions
Step 1
Roast chickpeas eat 400 degrees for 15 minutes with olive oil, old bay, and garlic salt. Then add into diced veggies.
Step 2
Before cooking quinoa, roast with olive oil. Cook as instructed from there.
Step 3
Once all salad ingredients are combine. Add dressing then mix!
