Instructions
Step 1
1.Mash the banana with a fork, add an egg and mix together

2. Add a splash of almond milk

3. Now we're going to make a flour out of our oats, use a blender to make a flour consistancy out of them- this will take like 3 minutes, depends on how well your blender mixes (If you don't have a blender, u can just use any kind of normal flour)

4. Add your oat flour to the wet ingredients and mix properly

5. Add 1 tsb of cinnamon (u can add more if wanted) and mix again- if is the consistancy too liquid-y add more flour

6. Heat your pan, add a little oil so our pancakes don't stick to the pan and fry until they turn brownish, on a lower heat
Step 7
7. After that your pancakes are done! As you can see on the pic i stocked my pancakes and added a small piece of dark chocolate in between each while they were still hot so it melted so well and it was sooo yummy! Then i added some raspberries for even better taste! You can add any toping you like ☺︎︎
