1 poundshrimp
peeled and deveined, tails removed

1 x 2 cupsgreen cabbage
shredded

8tortillas
small

1avocado
for taco
Garlic cilantro lime sauce

¼ cupoil

¼ cupwater

½ cupgreen onions
chopped

0.5cilantro leaves

2cloves garlic

½ teaspoonsalt

2limes
juice of

½ cupsour cream
or full-fat Greek yogurt
Shrimp taco spice mix
Instructions
Step 1
Pulse all the sauce ingredients in a food processor or blender until mostly smooth
Step 2
Toss some of the sauce (not all) with the cabbage, the rest tops the tacos
Step 3
Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels
Step 4
Toss the shrimp in a small bowl with the spice mix to get it coated
Step 5
Heat a drizzle of oil a large skillet over medium high heat
Step 6
Add shrimp to the hot pan and sauté for 5-8 minutes, flipping occasionally, until the shrimp are cooked through
Step 7
Assemble taco: avocado, slaw, shrimp, lime, extra sauce
