Step 1
Bring a large pot of water to the boil and cook the noodles about four minutes. Drain it and toss in a large bowl with a splash of sesame oil.
Step 2
Combine the lime juice, water, peanut butter, soy sauce, hot sauce and another splash of sesame oil in a large microwaveable mixing bowl. Turn to the trusted friend of the 15-minute meal, the microwave, and heat for 45 seconds, then stir well to create a smooth sauce.
Step 3
Add the sauce to the noodles and toss to cover. Slice the pepper and throw it into the mix with the chicken and raw sugar snap peas. Top with a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
