Step 1
Add beef to a large pan and cook over medium heat until browned.
Mince two cloves of garlic and add to the browned beef, sautéing for another minute or two.
Step 2

Next, add the crushed tomatoes, tomato paste and Italian seasoning. If you feel led, add as many roasted red pepper flakes as feels right for you. Bring it to a low simmer and let sit.
Step 3
Bring a pot of water to a boil and add a 16 oz box of pasta (your choice of shape, but I recommend something that holds sauce and meat well like chiocciole or rigatoni). Cook until al dente and transfer the noodles to a strainer.
Step 4

Add the heavy cream to the sauce, stirring until it is fully incorporated.
Step 5

Add the noodles to the sauce, and gently stir the noodles in.
