Instructions
Step 1
In a blender add 1/4 cups of oats, blend oats into a flour.

Then into the blender add banana, one egg, 1/4 tsp baking powder, and one scoop of vegan vanilla protein powder. Blend everything to a smooth batter.

Step 3
Let sit for a couple of minutes for baking powder to activate. In the meantime spray large pan with cooking spray on medium heat.
Step 4
Using an ice cream scoop, scoop batter onto pan. Wait until pancakes start to bubble on top, then flip.
Step 5
Once cooked add onto plate. Top with favorite toppings my favorites are. Berry pancakes: strawberry’s, blueberry, cinnamon, and honey. Banana chocolate chip: banana slices, chocolate chips. Apple cinnamon: apple slices, honey, cinnamon, granola.
