Instructions
Step 1
Whisk together flour, salt, and yeast.

Add water & mix just to combine.

Turn out onto a floured countertop and knead for 2 to 3 minutes.

Place dough in a lightly oiled bowl and cover. Only three crusts fit in our big bowls with the red lids.
Step 5
Let sit for 24 hours. The dough should double in size.
Step 6
Turn out dough onto a lightly floured surface.
Step 7
Divide into 3 equal portions and make dough balls.
Step 8
Place dough balls into small, lightly oiled containers.
Step 9
Let dough age in the fridge for 48 to 96 hours (2 to 4 days).
