Instructions
Step 1
Melt butter in large pan/pot. Fry chicken, remove from pan. Add onion and garlic until golden.
Step 2
Turn heat down, add spices, stir until fragrant.
Step 3
Return chicken to pan with passata and garlic salt. Bring to boil, simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 4
Add basil and cream. Bring back to boil.
Step 5
Serve with basmati rice and naan.
