Instructions

Step 1
Mix all dry ingredients and then add in the wet ingredients
Step 2
Beat by hand until no longer lumpy
Step 3
Place a skillet on medium to medium-high heat
Step 4
Melt about 1/2 tbsp. butter (either divided or just use the stick) to grease the pan
Step 5
Pour about 1/2 cup into skillet, swirling to ensure even distrbution
Step 6
Allow it to sit and bake for a few minutes until firm and the edges start to brown
Step 7
Flip and allow to bake for a few more minutes
