Instructions
Step 1
Mash 2/3 of the banana. Mix the mashed banana, oats, chia seeds, maple syrup & 2/3 cup milk/water in a bowl. Optional blend the mixture till smooth. Microwave for ~30-45 secs at 900W. Add the protein powder and 2-4 tbsp milk/water (less is using whey protein; more if using vegan protein). Stir until combined. Microwave for another 30 secs. Leave in refrigerator for at least 1 hour or overnight. Add yogurt on top. Add sliced remaining 1/3 of banana & extra cinnamon powder on top to serve!
