Instructions
Step 1
In a stockpot, heat up olive oil and saute onions until lightly brown
Step 2
Add minced garlic and cook until fragant
Step 3
Add diced tomatoes to stockpot and cook until they release water
Step 4
Lightly season meat with salt and add it to the stockpot. Cook until meat is lightly brown
Step 5
Add 4 cups of water and 4 teaspoons of chicken bouillon
Step 6
Let mixture simmer for 10 minutes
Step 7
Add potatoes, corn, lentils, and chillies
Step 8
Cook in medium-low heat until lentils are cooked through and potatoes are tender. Stir occasionally.
Step 9
Add cilantro let it incorporate into stew.
Step 10
Season with salt to taste
