While the sourdough is toasting, mash the avocado. Pro-tip, just mash it in its shell/ skin part. No need to waste a bowl.

When the bread is toasted, drizzle olive oil over it. Top with smashed avocado.

Squeeze lemon juice on top, and sprinkle on sea salt and chilli flakes.
