Step 1
Set oven to 300 and cook oats for 10-15 minutes. Let cool for five minutes but will still be warm. Mix dry ingredients while roasting oats. After oats have cooled a bit, blend to a powder and add to other dry ingredients and mix. Create a dent in dry ingredients with measuring cups to add in honey and water. Great tip to keep measuring cups clean. Mix by hand. Use melon baller or small spoon to create portions. Roll into balls and freeze to store up to 30 years.
