Ingredients
1 servings
4 ozshrimp
peeled and deveined
6 ozbutter
1 Tbsppaprika
1 Tbspgranulated garlic
1 tspItalian seasoning
1 tspblack pepper
2 tspsalt
2slices sourdough bread
2 Tbspmayo
1 tsplemon juice
1 Tbspwhole grain mustard
¾ cupromaine
shredded
0.5avocado
sliced
1tomato
small, sliced
1slice muenster cheese
3 slicesbacon
for thick cut
Instructions
Step 1
Heat pan on medium high heat and add 4oz butter to melt
Step 2
Add Shrimp then and begin to sauté
Step 3
Add all of the spices and salt& pepper
Step 4
Cook for about 2-3 minutes browning shrimp on both sides
Step 5
Remove Shrimp from pan and cook bacon till crisp, let cool
Step 6
In small bowl add mayo, lemon juice and mustard, and melted bacon butter from shrimp and stir to combine making shrimp bacon fat aioli
Step 7
Spread reaming butter on sourdough bread and toast on griddle or in pan
Step 8
Remove from heat and smear aioli on bread, then on top slice of bread add slice avocado
Step 9
Begin to build sandwich with lettuce, tomato, shrimp, bacon, and cheese
Step 10
Melt with hand torch or under broiler
Step 11
Place bread lid with avocado on top of the melted cheese
Step 12
Slice in half and enjoy!!
