Banana and chickpea protein pancakes
10gberry jam
Mixed, chia seed jam
20gChocolate tahini butter
homemade recipe
50gBanana
sliced
50gMango
diced
10gpumpkin seeds
Instructions
Sub recipes all made in advance
Step 1
Pancake mix recipe.
Mixed berry chia seed jam recipe.
Peanut butter recipe.
To finish and serve pancakes
Step 2
Add coconut oil to non-stick frying pan.
Step 3
Cook 2 medium sized pancakes in the frying pan until golden brown on both sides.
Step 4
Transfer the pancakes to serving plate.
Step 5
Garnish with mixed berry chia seed jam, chocolate tahini butter, sliced banana, mango dice and pumpkin seeds.
Step 6
Serve with a smile :)
