Step 1
In a pot, add water with some salt and oil and pour the past until cooked
Step 2
In a pan, heat 3 tbsp of oil. Add to it the onions, garlic, capsicum, chillies until cooked.
Step 3
Add to the vegetables the rest of the ingredients except for the cornflour.
Step 4
In a small bowl mix the cornflour with some water to melt it and mix. Then add this mixture to the vegeables and the sauce until thickens.
