Step 1
Preheat a waffle maker according to the manufacturer's directions. In a Large bowl, stir together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla. Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture and stir until there are no Lumps remaining. Coat the inside of the waffle maker on both sides with nonstick cooking spray. Ladle about 3/4 cup (180 ml} batter onto the waffle maker, close the Lid, and cook until the waffles are browned and cooked through, 3-4 minutes. Using a fork, transfer the waffles to a plate and keep warm while you cook the remaining batter. Serve hot
