I used a Dutch oven for this entire recipe to make cooking and clean up easy! You can sub out the ground turkey and broths for vegetable substitutions and this can be a vegetarian friendly dish!

Instructions
Step 1
On medium low heat some oil and garlic in your pan.
Step 2
Dice your onions, celery, bell peppers and throw them in next with some chicken bouillon .
Step 3
Once everything has softened about half way through take them out of the pan and add in about 1/4 cup of your broth and your ground turkey.
Step 4
Cook your turkey through and season it.
Step 5
Once the turkey has cooked through add your veggies back in and your rice.
Step 6
Throw in your kale at this point and let it soften up.
Step 7
Add in your 3 cups of broth (I used a 1.5 cup liquid to 1 cup rice ratio since the veggies let out some water as well).
Step 8
Turn the heat to high so the mixture can boil once it starts to boil turn the heat down to low and cover it and let it cook on low for 20-22 minutes (don’t open the lid up at all).
Step 9
Once it’s done fluff it up and enjoy!
