Dukkah
Egyptian seed and spice mix, great way to add extra flavor and texture. One thing to note is there are many variations of this, so if you happen to be allergic to something in this recipe you can omit it, and add extra of something else. Or replace it with another nut/seed like pistachio or walnuts

Instructions
Step 1
Either in the oven @350°f / 176°c or in a pan roast your hazelnuts, almonds, and sunflower seeds. Around 3-5 minutes. Probably pulling the sunflower seeds first or adding them last if you’re doing it in a pan
Step 2
Toast your coriander seed, and sesame seeds until very fragrant around 2 minutes
Step 3
Let everything cool for a minute or two then start by coarsely blending nuts in food processor around 30 seconds, adds seeds pulse again, add spices, salt, and pepper
Step 4
Place into an air tight container
