Step 1
1. Heat non-stick frying pan over low heat
2. Mix dry ingredients together
3. Stir in wet ingredients
4. Ladle 1/4 cup of batter into pan and cook 2-3 minutes. Flip, cook 2 minutes
5. Repeat with rest if batter
6. Serve with vegan yoghurt, lemon zest, and more poppy seeds If no baking powder, replace each tsp by 1/4 tsp baking soda and 1/2 tsp vinegar
