Instructions

Step 1
Cut Panner into cubes
Step 2
Cut greens into thin strips
Step 3
Cut pak Choi in half, separating white bases and green leaves. Cut white bases into bite-sized pieces. Cover the edamame beans with boiled water.
Step 4
Add the miso paste and mirin to a small bowl with 1tbsp vegetable oil and mix until smooth. This is your miso glaze. Peel and finely slice the garlic. Peel and chop the ginger into matchsticks.
Step 5
Heat a large pan with 1 tbsp vegetable oil over a high heat. Once hot add the panner and cook for 5-6 mins until brown all over, and starting to crisp.
Step 6
Meanwhile, in a separate pan cook the sliced spring greens, and pak Choi bases over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes
Step 7
Drain, and then add edamme beans, Pak Choi tops and ginger, matchsticks and chopped garlic to the greens and cook for a further 2 to 3 minutes.
Step 8
Add the soy sauce and give everything a good mix of these. Are your stirfried ginger greens
Step 9
Once the panner is golden, add the miso glaze and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, or until the sauce has coated the panner and starting to caramelise. Sprinkle over the black sesame seeds.
