Instructions

Step 1
Trim the fat and gross red bits off the thigh fillets Cut the leek into thin slices Pour the almond milk in the pan covering the whole bottom Add leek, curry powder, salt and spices and let simmer until you smell the yummy smell Add chicken thigh fillets and cook thoroughly until golden brown and the almond milk has evaporated
