chopped diagonally

Instructions
Step 1
In a small bowl combine soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger and black pepper and set aside.
Step 2
Remove noodles from packages and discard the included flavoring packets. Rinse well, drain, set aside.
Step 3
Heat oil in a large skillet or wok. Add celery and onion and sauce for several minutes until onions become soft and transparent. Add cabbage and sauce another few minutes until soft.
Step 4
Add noodles and soy sauce mixture and heat for an additional 2-3 minutes or until noodles are heated through.
