Ingredients

For the dressing
4 tablespoonslime juice
4 tablespoonschilli sauce
2 tablespoonssesame oil
2 tablespoonsgarlic infused oil
2 tablespoonssoy sauce
2 tablespoonspeanut butter
For the noodles
Instructions
Step 1
For the dressing, place all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Set aside.
Step 2
In a frying pan heat the sesame seeds on a very low flame for a few minutes until they have browned. Set aside until ready to serve.
Step 3
Mix together the bean sprouts, mange tout and the red and yellow peppers in a salad bowl and set aside.
Step 4
In a hot wok, heat the oil and add the noodles to warm through thoroughly. Once cooked, add the noodles to the salad bowl. Pour over the dressing and stir well. To serve, sprinkle over the toasted sesame seeds, spring onions and chopped coriander.
