Instructions

Step 1
Stir together first 7 ingredients (chicken through cilantro).
Step 2
Divide chicken mix among the tortillas, just below the center of each.
Step 3
Top with cheese.
Step 4
Fold up sides first, then roll up tortilla.
Step 5
Or skip oil and air fry 8-10 minutes.
Step 6
pre-heat oil in pan. Then fry chimis about 5 minutes on each sice or until browned.
Step 7
Remove from pan and pat dry with paper towels.
