1.1 lbsGround beef
1 cupwater
1Onions
sliced
1 TbspGinger
finely chopped
1 Tbspgarlic
finely chopped
4Whole Red Chilies
broken into two
1 tspBlack pepper corn
1 tspcumin
1 Tbspcoriander seeds
1cinnamon stick
3cloves
2Black cardamom
¼ tspTurmeric
1.5Tomatoes
2 TbspYogurt
½ cupoil
salt
to taste
coriander leaves
to garnish
Green chilies
to garnish
Ginger julienne
to garnish
Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil in a pan, add sliced onions and saute it till soft ( shouldn't be brown)
Step 2
then add chopped ginger garlic saute again then add qeema and saute well
Step 3
then add all the dry ingredients and tomatoes saute it.
Step 4
Add enough water to cook qeema.
Step 5
When its tender about 30 mins and the water has dried add yogurt and stir for few minutes
Step 6
add chopped coriander leaves, green chilies and ginger juliens and keep on low flame till the oil separates.
