Instructions
Step 1
-brown ground beef in a skillet with a chopped onion
Step 2
-season with salt, pepper, paprika, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes
Step 3
-drain grease once beef is browned
Step 4
-add minced garlic, beef broth, marinara, heavy cream, and pasta
Step 5
-stir well, cover, and simmer on medium low heat for about 10-15 minutes (stirring a couple times)
Step 6
-once pasta is cooked add mozzarella cheese and let sit until it melts or pop it in the oven under broil (if using an oven safe skillet)
Step 7
-top with Parmesan cheese and serve
