Instructions
Step 1
Thaw meat until soft.
Step 2
Add meat to pot.
Step 3
Add 2 tbsp olive oil.

Add 1 tsp salt.
Step 5
Add 1 tsp turmeric powder.
Step 6
Add 2 tbsp coriander powder.
Step 7
Add 1 tbsp cumin
Step 8
Add 1 tsp black pepper.
Step 9
Add 1 tsp cinnamon or 1 stick.

Add 1 tsp garam masala (Optional if no cardamon, cinnamon stick, and bay leaves available)

Add 2 tsp garlic paste. Add 2 tsp ginger paste.

Blend 1 tsp ginger, half an onion, and 2 green chili peppers (or 1 tsp red chili powder).
Step 13
Stir and put stove on medium.
Step 14
Wash some frozen vegetables and let soak.
Step 15
After 10 minutes, stir. If there's too much water, raise the stove flame.
Step 16
After 5 minutes, add vegetables and stir.

After 5 min, stir and check salt. Add if needed.

Keep cooking until all water is gone. Remove lid if needed.

Cut up some cilantro and leave to the side.
Step 20
When beef is almost dry, add cilantro. Add egg whites (optional). Stir.
Step 21
Turn off stove and leave on hot stove to get drier.
Step 22
Cool down before using in pastries.
